Roxana La Rosa
Senior Paralegal, Bilingual
Roxana joined Scott, Ray, Pemberton & Goll, PLLC, in 2012 as a Paralegal. Her vast work experience has substantially benefitted the firm as she provides essential support to our attorneys and bilingual services to the community. Roxana enjoys working on real estate transactions, small estate planning, and other areas of law.
Born in Lima, Peru, Roxana moved to the United States in 1983.
Roxana previously worked as an administrative assistant in Washington, D.C., for large corporations such as the American Institute of Biological Sciences and the Academy for Educational Development. Roxana has also worked for the Xerox Training Center, Freddie Mac in Virginia, and Fidelity National Title in Texas. Roxana earned her B.S. in Psychology with a Minor in Biology from the University of North Texas (UTD).
Roxana resides in Greenville with our firm dogs, Amber and Daisy, who provide much-needed stress relief to our staff.

Kimber Patterson
Senior Paralegal
Kimber joined Scott, Ray, Pemberton & Goll, PLLC, in 2015 as a Paralegal. She provides legal assistance to our attorneys in matters involving small estate planning, probate, guardianship, litigation, and family.
Kimber received her bachelor’s degree in Sport and Recreation Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce. She previously worked for a local municipality until she decided to embark on a new career in the legal industry.
Kimber hails from Celeste, a small town north of Greenville. She is married to her college sweetheart, KP, and has four children.

Bree Kimball
Paralegal
Bree joined Scott, Ray, Pemberton and Goll, PLLC, in 2024 as a Paralegal. She provides legal assistance to our attorneys in matters involving family law and litigation.
Bree has a master’s degree in criminal justice from the University of North Texas. She previously worked for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, as well as law firms specializing in insurance defense and commercial litigation.
In Bree’s spare time, and if she can find a quiet moment from her husband, five boys, and four dogs, her nose is in a book. Originally from California, she has called North Texas home for twenty years.

Marissa
Flores Sanchez
Legal Assistant, Bilingual
Marissa joined Scott, Ray, Pemberton & Goll as an Administrative Assistant in January 2023, bringing more than a decade of experience in clerical support and office management. Since joining the firm, she has served in a variety of capacities, always ready to assist wherever support is needed most. Through her dedication and commitment to excellence, she advanced into her current role as a Legal Assistant and continues to expand her knowledge and responsibilities within the firm.
With a strong focus on client service, Marissa utilizes her fluency in both English and Spanish to ensure every client receives attentive, high-quality support. She takes pride in the firm’s mission and works diligently to keep operations running smoothly for both clients and colleagues, while continuing to grow professionally, and contribute to the firm’s ongoing success.
Outside of the office, Marissa enjoys spending time with her husband, Sean, their son, Israel, and the family’s English bulldog, Chai. She also loves cooking, crafting, reading, and gathering with friends and family. Though not originally from the area, the Sanchez family is proud to call Greenville home.

Aarya Chipalkatti
Administrative Assistant
Aarya joined Scott, Ray, Pemberton & Goll, PLLC in 2023 as a Legal Assistant and is one of the friendly voices that answers your calls. She manages client communications and assists with administrative tasks, primarily supporting the firm’s estate planning and probate matters from initial intake through completion.
She is studying at The University of Texas at Dallas as a business administration major and has dreams of attending law school.
Aarya was born in India but raised in Texas. She is an only child whose hobbies include music and dance.

Ellen Lowry
Memorial
October 4, 1960 – February 6, 2026
Ellen worked for Scott, Ray, Pemberton & Goll, PLLC, for 17 years as a business manager/paralegal. Throughout her 17 years at our firm, her responsibilities encompassed many aspects of our business, including accounts payable/accounts receivable, billing, payroll, and customer service. Her co-workers and clients loved her Southern charm and were comforted by her caring demeanor and hospitality. Ellen’s wit and personable nature are irreplaceable.
