Business Manager/Paralegal

Ellen joined Scott, Ray, Pemberton & Goll, PLLC, in 2009 as Business Manager. Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our business, including accounts payable/accounts receivable, billing, payroll, and customer service. She is the friendly, southern voice our clients have grown accustomed to hearing when calling our office, and she takes great pleasure in ensuring they are each taken care of.

Ellen is a Greenville native and has worked in the community all her adult life, including positions with McGaughey’s Pharmacy and a medical office. She is active in the community, serving on many fundraisers and school and church committees. She is a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church, where she sings in the choir, is the Children’s Choir Director, and participates in children’s church camp.

Ellen and her husband, Karl, reside in Greenville and have two sons and a daughter-in-law, James, Courtney, and Michael.

Paralegal

Kimber joined Scott, Ray, Pemberton & Goll, PLLC, in 2015 as a Paralegal. She provides legal assistance to our attorneys in matters involving small estate planning, probate, guardianship, litigation, and family.

Kimber received her bachelor’s degree in Sport and Recreation Management from Texas A&M University-Commerce. She previously worked for a local municipality until she decided to embark on a new career in the legal industry. 

Kimber hails from Celeste, a small town north of Greenville. She is married to her college sweetheart, KP, and has four children.

Paralegal

Roxana joined Scott, Ray, Pemberton & Goll, PLLC, in 2012 as a Paralegal. Her vast work experience has substantially benefitted the firm as she provides essential support to our attorneys and bilingual services to the community. Roxana enjoys working on real estate transactions, small estate planning, and other areas of law.

Born in Lima, Peru, Roxana moved to the United States in 1983. 

Roxana previously worked as an administrative assistant in Washington, D.C., for large corporations such as the American Institute of Biological Sciences and the Academy for Educational Development. Roxana has also worked for the Xerox Training Center, Freddie Mac in Virginia, and Fidelity National Title in Texas. Roxana earned her B.S. in Psychology with a Minor in Biology from the University of North Texas (UTD).

Roxana resides in Greenville with our firm dog, Amber, and the newest addition, Daisy, providing much-needed stress relief for our staff.

Paige Anne Louree Goins joined Scott, Ray, Pemberton & Goll, PLLC in the summer of 2023 as an associate, practicing under her graduate bar card. Paige centers her practice on local government matters, civil litigation, and serves as one of the prosecutors for the City of Greenville. Paige earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of North Texas in 2019. She then received her Juris Doctor from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law in 2023.

During her time in law school, Paige was heavily involved on campus in various student organizations, and served on six boards during her law school career. Paige was involved in her school's Community Engagement Program, the Joyce Ann Brown Innocence Clinic, and Community Lawyering Center to help fight unlawful convictions and evictions. In Paige's second and third years, she won Best Oralist as a semi-finalist in a moot court competition and accepted the DFW Chapter of the American Corporate Counsel's Larry Margolies Public Service Award for her dedication to public service during law school. Paige was also a member of and served on the executive committee of the Board of Advocates, a written and oral advocacy honor society, and chaired her school's interscholastic moot court competition in her final year of law school.

Paige's legal experience began in high school when she interned with the Dallas County District Attorney's Office in Criminal District Court #4. In law school, she interned with the United States Attorney's Office her first year where she drafted motions and conducted research on various criminal and civil matters with a heavy focus on constitutional issues. In her second year she interned with Legal Aid of Northwest Texas where she worked with the Home Preservation Project and fought against unlawful evictions. In Paige's last year she interned with Kemper's in-house counsel and got more experience with the civil side of the law.

Marissa Flores

Administrative Assistant

Marissa joined the Scott, Ray, Pemberton & Goll staff as an administrative assistant with over ten years of experience in clerical work and office management. Specializing in customer care, Marissa utilizes her fluency in English and Spanish to provide an excellent experience to all clients. She strongly believes in the quality of our firm's services and strives to help things run as smoothly as possible for both internal employees and the clients we serve.

 When not at work, Marissa enjoys spending time with her husband, Sean, their son, Israel, and the family’s English bulldog, Chai. Marissa also enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with friends. Although not originally from here, the Sanchez family is proud to call Greenville home.
