Caitlin M. Sullivan
Caitlin joined Scott, Ray & Sullivan, PLLC, in 2016 as a intern while attending Texas Tech University School of Law. She primarily focuses on criminal defense, local government environmental enforcement, will and estate planning, probate, and real estate.
Caitlin earned her Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude and in the top 28% of her class. She received Distinction Awards for her studies in Civil Procedure and Criminal Law, and was inducted as a member into the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society. While in school, she interned for criminal defense attorney Brian Corrigan in 2015, and Scott, Ray & Sullivan in 2016.
Caitlin delicately balanced academics with organizational involvement and public service. Caitlin was the Vice President of Phi Alpha Delta and a member of several other interest law organizations. She volunteered at the VITA Low Income Tax Clinic and logged over 30 hours of pro bono work, earning her induction into the Pro Bono Honors College of the State Bar of Texas. Her last year of law school, Caitlin practiced criminal defense as a student-attorney in the TTU Criminal Defense Clinic where she represented indigent defendants against various felony and misdemeanor charges.
Caitlin currently resides in her hometown of Rockwall, Texas. She is licensed to practice in the State of Texas.
