Caitlin M. Henderson joined the firm in 2016 as an intern while attending Texas Tech University School of Law. She primarily focuses on civil litigation, local government, family law, wills and estate planning, probate, and real estate matters. Her representation includes prosecuting and defending individuals and businesses for a range of claims including, but not limited to, breach of contract, deceptive trade practices act, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, negligence, adverse possession, trespass to real property, personal injury, business litigation, insurance actions, and warranty actions. She also represents individuals in family matters such as divorces and child custody matters. Caitlin also serves as the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Wolfe City, Texas. She is licensed to practice in the State of Texas and the United States Eastern District of Texas.

Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Acts in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies and a concentration in Pre-Law from Texas Tech University in 2012. She also received her Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude and in the top 28% of her class. During her time at TTU Law, she received Distinction Awards for her studies in Civil Procedure and Criminal Law and was inducted as a member into the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Society. She interned for the Honorable Judge Brian Williams in 2012, criminal defense attorney Brian Corrigan in 2015, and Scott, Ray, Pemberton & Goll, PLLC, in 2016. Caitlin balanced academics with organizational involvement and public service. Caitlin was the Vice President of Phi Alpha Delta and a member of several other interest law organizations. She volunteered at VITA Low Income Tax Clinic and earned an induction into the Pro Bono Honors College of the State Bar of Texas. Her last year of law school, Caitlin practiced criminal defense as a student-attorney in the TTU Criminal Defense Clinic where she represented indigent defendants against various felony and misdemeanor charges.

Caitlin currently resides in Fate, Texas, with her fiancé, David Henderson, son Jackson Henderson, and Labrador Retriever, Max.
